Hit The Trail Sweepstakes

Official Rules

Effective August 1, 2026

1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Central Waters Brewing Co., 351 Allen St, Amherst, WI 54406 (“Sponsor”). The Ice Age Trail Alliance is a promotional partner and prize contributor but is not a sponsor or administrator of this Sweepstakes.

2. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Entry is not valid unless you meet all eligibility requirements set out below.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Wisconsin who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the Ice Age Trail Alliance, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

Licensed alcohol beverage wholesalers, distributors, and retailers, and their owners and employees, are not eligible to enter or win.

Void outside the State of Wisconsin and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

4. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on August 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on October 31, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit centralwaters.com/hit-the-trail and complete the entry form with your first and last name and a valid email address. Entry is free; no purchase or payment of any kind is required. Submitting the entry form constitutes your entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries submitted in excess of this limit will be void. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means, and entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities, will be disqualified.

Subscribing to Sponsor’s email newsletter is entirely optional and has no effect on your chances of winning. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

6. Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive an outdoor prize pack consisting of:

• Central Waters Hiking Backpack
• Ice Age National Scenic Trail Atlas
• Various other Central Waters and Ice Age Trail Alliance branded merchandise

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize pack: $225 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $675 USD.

ALCOHOL IS NOT A PRIZE AND IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY PRIZE PACK.

The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, express or implied, by Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household.

Please allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after winner verification is complete for delivery of the prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, and all costs and expenses not expressly listed above, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

If a prize remains unclaimed after Sponsor has attempted to award it to the potential winner and to the alternate winners described in Section 8, the prize may go unawarded.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about November 2, 2026, Sponsor will select the winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry on or before November 6, 2026. A potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days. Sponsor will make up to three (3) attempts to contact a potential winner. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated period, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to return any required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries.

Each potential winner may be required to provide proof of age and Wisconsin residency and to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) before the prize is awarded.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Ice Age Trail Alliance, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, or undeliverable entries or email; for technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind; for lost or unavailable network connections; or for failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed transmissions.

Because entry is made by scanning a QR code and submitting a form on a mobile device, Sponsor is further not responsible for entries not received or not recorded as a result of mobile network or carrier failure, device incompatibility, browser error, or a damaged, obscured, altered, or inoperable QR code. Any mobile data charges incurred in entering are the responsibility of the entrant.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By entering, participants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Portage County, Wisconsin, and participants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

15. Winner List

The first names and cities of the winners will be posted at centralwaters.com/hit-the-trail-official-rules for at least thirty (30) days after the winners are confirmed. You may also request the winner list by emailing info@centralwaters.com with the subject line “Hit The Trail Winner List,” or by writing to Central Waters Brewing Co., Attn: Hit The Trail Sweepstakes Winner List, 351 Allen St, Amherst, WI 54406. Requests must be received no later than November 20, 2026.
