Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to contribute to the growth of Central Waters Brewing Company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft beer, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies. This role involves building strong relationships with distributors and retailers and driving revenue growth in our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.

2. Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the presence of Central Waters Brewing Company in existing and new markets.

3. Distributor and Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key retailers, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility.

4. Sales Forecasting: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to forecast sales and set performance targets.

5. Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives that support sales objectives.

6. Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance data and provide detailed reports to the executive team, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the craft beer industry.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.

4. Familiarity with distributor relationships and retail channels in the beverage industry.

5. Flexibility to travel as required.

6. Education: Experience preferred.
