This is a rare release from our Distiller’s Reserve series. Aged ten years in oak and finished at our distillery in Amherst, Wisconsin, then bottled at 100 proof.
It drinks bold and full-bodied. The nose opens with caramel, toffee, and vanilla, and the palate follows with spice, tobacco, and oak through a warm, perfectly balanced finish. When it’s gone, it’s gone, so it’s worth catching while it’s around.

Ingredients
- 2 oz 10-Year Rye
- 1 oz bold sweet vermouth
- 1 to 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 3 amarena cherries, to garnish
Steps
- Add the rye, sweet vermouth, and bitters to a mixing glass over ice.
- Stir until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and serve up.
- Garnish with three amarena cherries on a cocktail pick.
