Brewer Position

Central Waters Brewing Company, a leader in the production of craft beer, is looking for an energetic, conscientious, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys making a difference, being part of a team, and takes pride in their career to work in our fast-paced brewery.

Job Title:  Brewer

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Wort production on a fifty barrel brewhouse
• Brewhouse cleaning, CIP, and routine maintenance    
• Adherence to strict standard operating procedures
• Maintaining daily production logs
• Monitoring and recording fermentations
• Milling malt
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 55 pounds repeatedly
• Ability to repeatedly climb stairs, work underneath equipment and in hot environments
• Available to work early mornings
• Self-motivated and organized
• Ability to work at a fast pace, in high pressure situations, while maintaining professionalism and composure.
• Brewhouse and wort production experience is preferred.

This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.  Salary is dependent on experience.
