It’s that time of year again—the details for the famous Central Waters Anniversary Party are here! Get ready for Wisconsin’s ultimate beer celebration as we toast to 28 incredible years of brewing with all of you, our loyal fans.

This year, we’re excited to release:

Twenty Eight: An Imperial Stout aged for two years in bourbon barrels.
Twenty Eight Variant: An Imperial Stout aged for two years in bourbon barrels with Chai Tea Spices!

Event Highlights:

Doors Open: 3 PM sharp.
Live Music: Performances by Art Stevenson and Highwater, plus Sloppy Joe.
Food: Available for purchase from White Tail Lanes, Troublemakers’ Cocina, and Wish Food Truck

Important Notes:

This event is 21+ only—no exceptions.
Draft beer is cash-only. Anniversary bottles can be purchased with cash or card.

Tickets

Price: $20 each

Your ticket includes:

Entry to the event.
One pour coupon worth $5 towards beer or seltzer (not valid on Bourbon).
One redemption certificate for Anniversary Beer purchases:
- Option 1: One allotment for $50 (two bottles of “Twenty Eight” and one Chai Tea).
- Option 2: Two allotments for $100 (four bottles of “Twenty Eight” and two Chai Tea).

All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to local firehouses and EMTs.

Additional Details

Proxies Allowed: If purchasing bottles for someone else, they must provide you with their ticket(s). Bottle sales will happen inside the brewery.

Beer Sales

Sales Hours: 3 PM to 7 PM.
Event Ends: 8 PM sharp. All guests must exit the building by 8 PM.
No individual bottle sales—all bottles will only be available in predetermined allotments.
